The horizontal thermal conductivity of graphite paper is generally between w / m-k and the vertical thermal conductivity is between 10-20w / m-K, The thermal conductivity is directly proportional to the price of graphite paper.

Compared with traditional metal materials, the thermal conductivity of graphite paper is 3 ~ 5 times that of copper and aluminum. Ultra thin graphite paper is generally used for heat conduction applications of electronic equipment. Ultra thin graphite has low thermal resistance, 40% lower than aluminum and 20% lower than copper. Graphite paper can be cut into various shapes, and heat conduction graphite paper can be used for heat dissipation of electronic equipment.
