The correct maintenance method of graphite boat is as follows.
1. Storage of graphite boat: Graphite boat should be stored in a dry and clean environment. Due to the void structure of the graphite itself, it has a certain adsorption, and the wet or polluted environment will make the graphite boat easy to be polluted or damp again after cleaning and drying.
2. Ceramic and graphite components of graphite boat components are fragile materials, which should be avoided as far as possible during handling or use; If the component is found to be broken, cracked, loose, etc., it should be replaced and re-locked in time.
3 Graphite process card point replacement: according to the frequency and time of use, and the requirements of the actual shadow area of the battery, the graphite boat process card point should be periodically replaced. Special replacement card point equipment is recommended for disassembly and installation. The operation of the equipment helps to improve the speed and consistency of assembly and reduce the risk of breakage of the boat pieces.
4. It is recommended that the graphite boat be numbered and managed, and that regular cleaning, drying, maintenance and inspection be designated and managed by special personnel; Maintain the stability of graphite boat management and use. The integral graphite boat should be replaced regularly with ceramic components.
5. When graphite boat is maintained, components, boat pieces and process card points are recommended to be provided by graphite boat suppliers, so as to avoid damage during replacement due to component accuracy not matching the original boat.
