Haɗin carbon / carbon(wanda daga baya ake kira ""C/C ko CFC") wani nau'in kayan haɗin gwiwa ne wanda aka gina shi akan carbon kuma an ƙarfafa shi da carbon fiber da samfuransa (preform na carbon fiber). Yana da inertia na carbon da ƙarfin carbon fiber mai yawa. Yana da kyawawan halayen injiniya, juriya ga zafi, juriya ga tsatsa, damƙar gogayya da halayen thermal da lantarki.
CVD-SiCRufin yana da halaye na tsari iri ɗaya, ƙaramin abu, juriyar zafin jiki mai yawa, juriyar iskar shaka, tsarki mai yawa, juriyar acid & alkaline da kuma reagent na halitta, tare da kaddarorin jiki da sinadarai masu karko.
