         This high temperature fast melting propane furnace is designed to melt metals up to 2372°F(approx. 1300°C).  It can handle metal up to 6kg of material, such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, brass, zinc, bronze and tin, etc. with melting points below 1300°C. It is an inevitable product for a metal smith, jewelers and refiners.

Application:

Propane melting furnace is used for DIY, jewelry processing factories, jewelry shops, gold panning and other industries.

Notes:

1. Gas valve and pressure gauge are suggested to use together with the furnace for better control of temperature.

2. Before use, please wear heat-resistant gloves, mask and clothing. Prepare a bottle of fire extinguisher beside to prevent accidents.

3. Before first use, please warm it up to 300-500°C and keep for 5-6mins.

4. Please put it in and take it out gently, as to avoide damage from striking or knocking, since it will get hardened and fragile from being oxidized upon heating.

5. Do not use it to melt iron and manganese, this will shorten the lifespan of furnace.

6. The inner wall of furnace is insulated with fire-resistant cement, which will cause cracks during transportation and use, but it will not affect the use and cause danger.

7. During use, please use fireproof cotton(ceramic wool) to block the gap.

8. Slight cracking inside the crucible is normal phenomenon.

9. After use, to cool down naturally.
