Titanium fiber felt series is a kind of titanium fiber sintered felt with high porosity and gradient pore size. Its process is titanium wire through a special process to produce micron fiber, titanium fiber after laying, sintering, into porous materials, its unique three-dimensional network fiber and fully connected pore structure makes it have a series of special functions. In hydrogen production applications, titanium felt has the best electrolytic properties, the most suitable pore diameter, the best air permeability and porosity under the conditions of atmospheric pressure 6CTC. The test data show that compared with carbon paper and powder titanium sheet, titanium felt has the smallest overpotential caused by the smallest ohmic resistance, thus reducing energy consumption and improving electrolytic performance. In addition, the voltage is lower than that of carbon paper and powder titanium sheet, indicating that titanium felt has better electrolytic performance, and the titanium felt has high porosity and large pore size, which is conducive to gas emission.
