How to use teaching AIDS

1. Add 1.5L of pure water into the tank (ensure that the water in the tank is sufficient during operation)

2. Insert the U-shaped connector of the LED positive power cable into the positive terminal post of the stack and tighten it.

Take out the U – shaped socket when not in use.

3. Insert the plug into the socket of the power box.

4. Gradually adjust the current to 40A. (Adjust the amount of hydrogen produced by the electrolyzer according to the power used by the reactor)

5. The electrolyzer starts to work and produces hydrogen, which passes through the buffer tank and a small amount of water is normal.

6. The reactor starts normally, the fan turns, and the load (LED light) is on.

7. After the demonstration, unplug the power supply. There’s still gas in the stack, and the stack fans and leds will continue to run for a few seconds,

Until the hydrogen runs out.

8. Pull out the air pipe at both ends of the buffer replacement, pour out the water, place it back in the slot, and connect the pipe.

9. Exhaust valve will discharge part of residual hydrogen intermittently. Do not use open flame around this demonstration aid.
