Dr. Wang has long been engaged in advanced carbon materials research, specializing in high-purity graphite and SiC material systems. He has led multiple high-performance material R&D programs for thermal field systems used in semiconductor wafer manufacturing (e.g., single-crystal silicon and SiC crystal growth), and has comprehensive experience from lab-scale development through industrial scale-up.

l Deep expertise in purity control, cold isostatic pressing (CIP) forming, and high-temperature purification processes for semiconductor-grade high-purity graphite
l Strong capabilities in microstructure design and performance optimization of SiC coatings and composite materials
