A cewar kafofin watsa labaran Koriya, motar BMW ta farko mai amfani da hydrogen iX5 ta samu karbuwa a wurin taron manema labarai na BMW iX5 Hydrogen Energy Day da aka gudanar a Incheon, Koriya ta Kudu, ranar Talata (11 ga Afrilu).
Bayan shekaru huɗu na ci gaba, BMW ta ƙaddamar da jiragenta na iX5 na motocin hydrogen a duniya a watan Mayu, kuma samfurin gwajin yanzu yana kan hanya a duk faɗin duniya don samun ƙwarewa kafin a fara sayar da motocin mai (FCEVs).
Motar BMW mai ɗauke da sinadarin hydrogen iX5 za ta iya samar da ƙwarewar tuƙi mai natsuwa da santsi kamar sauran motocin lantarki da ke kasuwa a yanzu, a cewar rahotannin kafofin watsa labarai na Koriya. Tana iya hanzartawa daga tsayawa zuwa kilomita 100 (mil 62) a kowace awa cikin daƙiƙa shida kacal. Gudun yana kaiwa kilomita 180 a kowace awa kuma jimillar ƙarfin da ake fitarwa shine kilowatts 295 ko ƙarfin dawaki 401. Motar BMW mai ɗauke da sinadarin hydrogen iX5 tana da nisan kilomita 500 da kuma tankin ajiyar hydrogen wanda zai iya adana kilogiram 6 na hydrogen.
Bayanai sun nuna cewa motar BMW iX5 mai amfani da hydrogen ta haɗa fasahar hydrogen mai amfani da hydrogen da fasahar BMW eDrive ta ƙarni na biyar. Shao Bin, shugaban kamfanin BMW (China) Automotive Trading Co., LTD., ya ce a taron jama'a cewa a nan gaba, BMW na fatan inganta hadin gwiwar masana'antar motoci da masana'antar makamashi, da hanzarta tsara da gina sabbin kayayyakin more rayuwa na makamashi, da kuma kiyaye budewar fasaha, da hada hannu da sarkar masana'antu ta sama da ta kasa, da rungumar makamashin kore tare, da kuma aiwatar da sauyin kore.
