SiC oxidation – resistant coating was prepared on graphite surface by CVD process

SiC coating can be prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), precursor transformation, plasma spraying, etc. The coating prepared by CHEMICAL vapor deposition is uniform and compact, and has good designability.
